摘    要:针对某型步兵战车30mm自动炮单发射击时散布较好,但连发射击时散布较大的问题,建立30mm自动炮的刚柔耦合动力学模型,并对其进行了身管模态分析和动力学仿真,得到了30mm自动炮身管有无支撑和存在间隙时的炮口高低方向振动特性,验证了30mm自动炮本身身管振动并不是引起连发射击散布大的主要原因,为下一步寻求提高连发射击密集度有效途径提供一定参考。

Abstract:The rigid-flexible-coupling model of the 30mm automatic gun was established and modal analysis and dynamic simulation were done in allusion to the problem of its worse running fire density.The libration characteristic of barrel different connection position and its different clearance were simulated to get the result that the more the clearance is small the more the fire density is good,but the connection position is not better to close the muzzle brake and there is a optimization position on the barrel.The simulation result can afford the theory guidance and technique sustain of the improvement of 30mm automatic gun fire density.
