动、静载岩石破碎比功试验研究

摘    要:岩石破碎比功表征钻井中破碎单位体积岩石的功耗量。通过静载和动载条件下岩石表面和钻孔内部破碎比功的试验研究,分析了动、静载破碎比功之间在量与质上的区别和联系,研究了动、静2种载荷单独和联合破岩的异同点及其相互关系,进一步证明了2种载荷联合作用——旋冲钻井,是提高硬地层钻井效率的最佳方式之一。研究成果为提高破岩效率研究提供了试验和理论基础。

Abstract:The rock crushing work ratio denotes the work used to break rock of per volume in drilling. Through the research on the inner rock crushing work ratio under the condition of dynamic and static load by drilling a hole into the rock surface, the differences and relations between the static load work ratio and the dynamic load work ratio are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The imilarities and differences between separate rock breaking and joint rock breaking further clarify the mechanism of percussion drilling which is a combination of the functions of the two loads. The study shows that the percussion drilling is one of the best way to enhance drilling efficiency in hard formation.
