摘    要:辊压机是基于料床粉磨原理开发的一种高效、节能的粉碎设备,但辊面磨损问题一直对辊压机运行稳定性和运转率产生巨大影响。本文从物料综合水分、粒度大小、粒度分布、固有特性和所含异物几方面,分析了物料对辊压机联合粉磨系统的影响,认为只有适宜的物料特性,才能保证高的粉磨效率和高的运转率,并建立良好的辊面运行和维护习惯,可避免辊压机因物料、设备异常运转而对辊面产生深度的破坏。

Abstract:Roller press is a kind of high efficient, energy-saving crushing equipment based on the bed grinding principle of development, but the roller surface wear problem on roller press operation stability and operation rate have a great influ-ence. This paper from the materials moisture, particle size, particle size distribution, the inherent characteristics and the foreign body aspects, analyses the influence of materials on the combined grinding system with roller press, think only of materi-al characteristics suitable, to ensure high grinding efficiency and high rate of operation, and the establishment of the roll surface good operation and maintenance habits, avoid roller press be-cause of abnormal operation, equipment and materials to pro-duce the damage roll surface depth.
