摘    要:基于一台公路运输车辆在试验场内的油耗试验,通过采集发动机电控数据信息和发动机台架试验数据,结合试验场内的整车路试试验方法,得到平均车速、等速百公里油耗、等效整车运行工况在发动机万有特性上的分布等结果,提出了车用发动机在整车上匹配优化的一种新的试验分析方法。

Abstract:Based on a vehicle fuel consumption test in test field, a new experimental analysis method of matching optimization is developed. The distributions of fuel consumption, average speed, vehicle operation conditions on universal characteristics are obtained from the information of the engine control system collected in the field test and from the engine performance data in a test bench. As a result, the new method is formulated based on the distributions result with combination of the vehicle road test method.
