钙锌稳定剂在PVC-U基站天线罩生产中的应用

摘    要:以环保型钙锌稳定剂替换铅盐稳定剂作为PVC-U基站天线罩的热稳定剂,优化了天线罩的生产配方和生产工艺;用挤出成型的方法生产环保型PVC-U基站天线罩,并对其性能进行了检测。结果表明:使用环保型钙锌稳定剂代替铅盐稳定剂用于生产PVC-U基站天线罩是可行的,且产品使用性能较高,环保性能符合R oHS指令,不含铅、镉等重金属。

Abstract:Lead salt stabilizer was replaced with Ca/Zn stabilizer as the heat stabilizer in PVC-U base station radomes, and the formula and process for the production of PVC-U base station raaomes were optimized. The environment-friendly PVC-U base station radomes were produced by extrusion method and their properties were tested. The results showed that Ca/Zn stabilizer could substitute for lead salt stabilizer in the production of PVC-U base station radomes, and the products obtained had good application properties, conforming to RollS directive in terms of environmental performance, and were free of heavy metals, such as lead and cadmium.
