| 摘 要： | 开发了注塑模具型腔及型芯自动生成软件，该软件基于美国ＣＡＬＭＡ公司的Ｐｒ－ｉｓｍＤＤＭ图形软件系统平台，以塑料的收缩率为依据，采用分析设计语言ＤＡＬ，将三维塑料制品的线框直接换算成型腔以及型芯的线框尺寸，实现了型腔／型芯的互相交换，并成功处理了摩托车速度表面板。

| Abstract: | The injection mould's core and die cavity automatic generating software have been developed.The software,on the basis of graph software system of Prism DDM of American CALMA corporation,based on plastic shrinkage,uses the design analytic language DAL,converts the frame size of 3 - d plastic products into the size of core and die cavity.realizes the transfer between core and die cavity and has succeed in managing the motorcycle panel. |
