| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要叙述了北京建工学院高层青年公寓结构设计的主要内容.然后针对设计中混凝土横墙的合理间距,复式公寓使用活荷载的取值,结构超长时混凝土后浇带的实际作用,以及人防工程的设计等问题作了讨论.

| Abstract: | By the construction case of the high-rise of the younger apartment in Beijing Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, this paper introduce the main content about the stuctural design. The discussion is aimed at how to get the reasonable spacing in the concrete crosswalls, how to select the live load value, and the practice affect of the later-cast band when the construct is very long. At the end of this paper, the civil air defence engineering design is introduced. |
