摘    要:针对国内采用双炉双塔制取工业萘的工艺存在能耗过大的问题,提出降低能耗的途径是采用单炉双塔双效蒸馏:经过评比对其中较好的一种方案采用计算机作了模拟计算。计算表明,所确定的方案不仅可以得到合格的工业萘产品,而且可以节能达50%以上。

Abstract:The technology of single furnace and twin tower and double effect distillation is advanced to substitute the one of twin furnace and twin tower to reduce energy consumption in producing industry naphthalene.Being contrasted,The best of the four feasible processes of above technology is selected to be simulated with computer.From the simulation result it is proved that not only the qualified product can be obtainted but also over 50 persent of energy saved.
