江浙河网高有机污染原水的高密度沉淀池处理工艺

摘    要:在药剂优化小试试验的基础上,研究了高密度沉淀池中试装置对高氨氮和高有机物污染原水的处理效果。研究结果表明:在试验条件下高密度沉淀池的出水浊度能长期稳定在0.8NTU以下,砂滤池出水浊度能长期维持在0.2NTU以下;粉炭回流工况下沉淀池对COD。的平均去除率由29.3%提高至36.9%,结合后续砂滤池可使COD№总去除率达到45.4%;沉淀池出水氨氮去除率由57.2%提高至69.8%,结合后续砂滤池总去除率达76.6%。在高密度沉淀池中采用粉炭回流技术,强化了其对浊度物质、氨氮和有机物等的去除效果。

Abstract:Based on batch experiment for optimization of dosages of water treatment agents, treatment efficiency of high-density sedimentation tank on raw water with high ammonia nitrogen concentration and high organic pollutants concentration were studied. The results show that: the turbidity of effluent of sedimentation tank and filtration tank can be stably below 0.8 NTU and 0.2 NTU separately. When powdered activated carbon is used, removal efficiency of sedimentation tank on CODMn increases from 29.3 % to 36.9 %, and reaches 45.4 % totally with filtration tank. For ammonia nitrogen, removal efficiency of sedimentation tank reaches 69.8 % from 57.2 %, and 76.6 % totally with filtration tank. The usage of powdered activated carbon in high-density sedimentation tank improves the removal efficiency of turbidity, ammonia nitrogen and organic pollutants.
