Abstract: | Finite element analyses have been performed for an axisymmetric, two-material, cross-weld, creep test specimen. Stationary-state stress (and strain-rate) results were obtained for various geometries and relative material properties. Using these results, it has been shown that a simple interpolation technique can be used to obtain the stress distributions for any geometry and relative creep properties. |
