随钻堵漏技术在滨4-10-10井中的应用

摘    要:滨4-10-10井是胜利油田滨4区块平方王油田的一口生产井,钻探目的是开发平方王油田东块沙四中部油藏,完钻层位沙四段。滨4区块地层联通性好,孔隙度大,并不同程度存在着大孔道及地层亏空,漏失严重。研制开发出了新型随钻堵漏钻井液,并在滨4-10-10井进行现场试验,取得了良好的防漏和堵漏效果,实现了边钻进边防漏边堵漏的综合堵漏措施,达到了快速安全钻进的目的。现场使用表明,随钻堵漏钻井液性能稳定,能够快速提高粘度和切力,性能易于现场调整,具有很强的防塌润滑性及一定的安全性,同时又具有堵漏作用,起到桥堵加固作用,与其它添加剂配伍性能好;具有一定的密度调节范围,不需要特殊设备,易于操作,施工简单,该钻井液体系具有很强的防漏、堵漏能力,具有常规钻井液的优良特性和很强的封堵能力及承压能力。

Abstract:Bin 4-10-10 well was a commercial well in Bin 4 block of Shengli oilfield.It was drilled to open up middle reservoir in Sha 4 block located on the east of Pingfangwang oilfield.The target formation was Sha IV.Bin 4 block had better connectivity and high porosity.The high capacity channel and formation were voided at a certain extent and leakage was seriously.The novel sealing fluid while drilling was developed and the field trial was conducted in the well of Bin 4-10-10.The effects of leak protection and sealing were perfect.The combined target of leak protection and sealing while drilling achieves and faster and safe penetration could be guaranteed.Field application indicated that the performance of the novel sealing fluid was stable and easy to maintain.It had a significant anti-sloughing lubrication and definite safety.At the same time,it had a favorable sealing effect and can be compatible with other additives.It also had a density range of control.Combined with very strong leak protection and sealing,it presented excellent performances as conventional drilling fluids and significant bearing resistance.Moreover,it was convenient in field practices with no special apparatus required.
