摘    要:某电厂超临界600MW机组基建投产以来,高、低压凝汽器压差一直较小,分析判断认为其根源是凝汽器抽空气管路设计配置不合理,导致低压凝汽器空气抽出受阻,从而出现传热恶化的现象。通过调整节流孔板孔径等措施,恢复了凝汽器的双背压设计功能,提高了机组运行效率。

Abstract:Pressure difference between HP and LP condensers is always low since the capital construction and operation of 600 MW Unit. The analysis result shows that it is because of unreasonable design and configuration of air extraction tube for condenser and it causes extracted air of LP condenser to be blocked and deteri- oration of heat transfer. Dual-pressure design function of condenser is restored and unit operation efficiency is improved by adopting measures like adjusting diameter of throttle orifice.
