| 摘 要： | 结合我国西南地区水资源现状，阐述了雨水集蓄利用的必要性，对雨水利用的可行性进行了研究，对当前雨水利用中存在的问题进行了探讨，并针对性地提出了解决问题的措施，以推广雨水集蓄利用技术。

| Abstract: | Combined with current water resource situations in the south-west region of China the necessity to carry out rainwater accumulation and utilization is elaborated.The practicability of the utilization of rainwater is studied.In view of questions existed corresponding resolving measures are proposed in order to promote the application of rainwater accumulation and utilization technology. |
