RBD对老城区功能改造的模式研究

随着体验经济时代的到来和新城市主义的兴起，城市新老城区的协调发展问题被提上了议事日程，尤其是老城区的功能改造已成为我国城市发展进程中迫切需要解决的突出问题。在RBD理论研究日益成熟和实践经验日益丰富的条件下，特色步行街作为老城区功能改造的一种流行模式已表现出明显的局限性，迫切需要进行RBD模式的创新与发展。为此，可遵循用差异激活个性的老城区功能改造理念，采用文化社区、休闲社区、娱乐社区、主题公园和主题街区五种RBD创新模式。
