地铁工程建设施工事故统计分析

摘    要:地铁建设的快速发展和建设管理的不完善导致各种类型的地铁事故频繁发生。通过网络搜集、文献查阅、现场调查、问卷调查等手段,对2003—2010年国内地铁建设中118起地铁施工事故进行了统计分析。从不同角度揭示了地铁施工安全事故发生的规律:塌陷和坍塌是最主要的事故类型;事故类型的分布有一定的区域性;提出了死亡(受伤)比率的概念来反映一个城市的安全管理水平状况。统计分析的结果对地铁施工安全管理具有指导意义。

Abstract:Accidents in subway construction occur frequently in recent decades. One of the important reasons is that the risk management lags behind the pace of subway construction. In this paper, 118 accidents in metro construction of China during the year 2003—2010 were collected by network searching, literature reviewing, site and questionnaire investigating. The distributions of accidents were explored by statistical analysis, in which the collapse accident was the most important type of accidents; the distribution of accidents had its regional character. Furthermore, the death/injury ratio was proposed to reflect the safety management for a specific city. The results of statistical analysis will be helpful in the risk management of metro construction.
