摘    要:结合三峡-金沙江下游段梯级水库群的水库调度主备调系统,介绍了基于主备调构架的大坝水情信息监控设计及实施方案,该方案能够高保障、低成本地实现流域中各大坝水情信息的远程实时监控。

Abstract:In the cascade reservoir group between the Three Gorges project and the downstream of Jinshajiang , a reservoir dispatching system with the main/standby framework is adopted .In this paper , a water regime information monitoring system is designed and implemented based on the main /standby framework .With this system , a remote real-time monitoring of the water regime in the reservoir group can be realized reliably and inexpensively .
