"Mandelli"加工中心在线检测功能的应用

介绍了为恢复数控设备Mandelli加工中心在线检测功能所做的工作。该设备是我公司拖拉机关键部件传动箱壳体的主要加工设备。结合所做工作分析了影响壳体零件加工质量的因素，并从影响因素着手探索出实现加工过程在线检测功能与作用的有效途径，变事后检测为事前监控，最终达到了主动控制加工质量，减少废品率，提高机械加工生产率的目的，具有良好实际应用意义及推广价值。

This paper introduces the work we recover the function of detection and measure on line of Mandelli NC machining center that is the major machine to manufacture the transmission box of tractor. We analyze the factors of affecting the quality of process. At the same time, We set out to search for the right solution to realize the function of detection and measure on-line of the process. Thus the afterward measure can be changed to beforehand control and finally achieve the aim to control process quality, reduce disqualification and enhance productivity. The method has practical application and generalization.
