智能铅酸蓄电池充电管理与修复系统设计

摘    要:为了解决铅酸蓄电池充放电过程中的硫化问题,提出并设计了一种基于富士通微控制器MB9BF500N的智能化充电与修复于一体的铅酸蓄电池维护设备,采用TOPSwitch- GX249YN专用芯片,结合用复合式高频脉冲修复方式,实现了电路充电监控管理及电池的修复。实验表明利用该系统可以给常规的铅酸蓄电池充电管理和修复,较大程度的延长单颗电池的使用寿命。

Abstract:In order to solve the sulfuration problem while charging and discharging a lead-acid battery, an intelligent charging and repair device in the lead-acid battery maintenance equipment is developed and designed, said device being based on a FUJISTU MB9BF500N microcontroller. The monitoring and management of the repair of the battery circuit is achieved by using a TOPSwitch-GX249YN dedicated chip combined with high frequency pulse composite repair. Experiments show that the system can be applied in conventional lead-acid batteries for charging management and restoration, and the use life of individual batteries is extended.
