反应精馏制丙酐

以醋酐和丙酸为原料,采用反应精馏技术,连续生产丙酐。通过研究酸酐进料比、反应段级数、回流比对产品纯度的影响,确定了较为适宜的工艺操作条件。最佳反应条件:n(丙酸)∶n(醋酐)=2.02∶1,回流比为3∶1,反应段8级。在此条件下,产品丙酐产率达到99.2%。

Preparation of Propionic Anhydride by Reactive Distillation

Propionic anhydride was prepared by continuous reactive distillation using acetic anhydride and propionic acid as starting materials.The Effects of reaction conditions such as n(propionic acid)∶n(anhydride),stage number of reaction section and reflux ratio on product purity were studied.The obtained optimum conditions were n(propionic acid)∶n(anhydride)= 2.02∶1,reflux ratio 3∶1 and stage number of reaction section 8.Under above conditions,the purity of propionic anhydride was 99.2%.
