摘    要:提出了定位隐极式转子匝间短路槽位置的方案:以在线磁场探测线圈为基础,结合小波变换这一新兴的数字信号处理(DSP)技术,对所获取的故障信号进行处理,并运用Mallat算法在高频带宽中重构出信号的细节部分,以此对转子匝间短路造成的被测电势信号的奇异点进行准确定位,诊断出故障槽;在具有高速浮点运算能力的DSP芯片上进行高效率编程,生成转子匝间短路在线监测系统.实验结果表明了该理论的正确性和可行性.

Abstract:A novel scheme is proposed to position the slot of distributed polar rotor where the inter-turn short circuit occurs. It utilizes the wavelet transform digital signal processing method based on on-line field detecting coil to process the fault signal and applies the Mallat algorithm to reconstruct the details of signals within the high frequency bandwidth. By doing so, it can correctly locate the singularity that appears on the measured potential signal to diagnose fault slot correspondingly. The integrated efficient diagnosis program at high-speed floating point DSP chip is made to produce a set of on-line inter-turn short circuit monitor system. Experimental results prove the validity and feasibility of the scheme proposed.
