| 摘 要： | 以高羟值弹性聚酯和羟基丙烯酸树脂混拼为基体树脂,金红石钛白粉为颜料,硅铝基陶瓷空心微珠为填料,纳米ATO和纳米SiO2为改性材料,在助剂和溶剂的配合下制备成甲组分,以HDI三聚体N-3390为乙组分,配制高速列车车厢面漆。经检测,该面漆各项性能指标均达到设计要求。

| Abstract: | The high-performance high-speed train compartment finish was prepared with high hydroxyl value e-lastic polyester and hydroxyl acrylic resin as matrix resin,rutile titanium dioxide as pigments,aluminum-silicate based ceramic hollow microspheres as fillers,nano-ATO and nano-SiO2 as modified materials,with the cooperation of additives and solvents,component A was prepared;HDI trimer N-3390 as component B.The performance of the topcoat satisfied with the design requirements after testing. |
