湿式石灰石石膏法脱硫技术的影响因素及其回归分析

摘    要:影响湿式石灰石石膏法脱硫效率的因素很多,为了更准确地计算和预测脱硫效率,对其中的几个关键因素进行了回归分析,并得出了脱硫效率与液气比和浆液pH值的数学关系式.结果表明,线性回归分析能比较准确地反映脱硫效率与主要影响因素之间的关系,依此计算出脱硫效率具有较高的准确度.

Abstract:There are many factors to influence desulfurization efficiency of wet process. In order to calculate and forecast desulfurization efficiency more exactly, carries out the regression analysis on some key factors, gets the relationship formula between desulfurization efficiency, liquid - gas ratio and PH value of serosity. Results show, linear regression analysis can reflect the relationship between desulfurization efficiency and main influence factors more exactly, desulfurization efficiency is more exact based on this.
