摘    要:新型ZJ19卷接机组控制系统,通过Siemens协议、网络适配器和上位机组态软件或函数库实现主PLC与上位机的通信.并对通信数据分类,采用命令队列策略,使Prodave能在多线程环境下稳定工作.系统线程间的教据交换在临界区保护模式下实现.该方法具有可靠性高、成本低、程序简单、使用维护方便等优点.

Abstract:The communication between main PLC and Upper PC for the control system of new type ZJ19 cigarette making assembling set was realized with Siemens protocol, network adapter, and configuration software of Uper PC or function library. In order to make Prodave to work steadily under multi-thread circumstance, the communication data was classified and the strategy of command queue was adopted. Data exchange among threads was realized under the protection of critical section. This communication approach has the following advantages: high reliability, low cost, simple program, easy to use and maintain.
