曲面轮廓度评定技术的研究

摘    要:本主讨论了曲面轮廓度检测中的两个重要问题——采样点的坐标转换矩阵的求解以及采样点选取方法的研究。提出基于 kristjan法扩展的牛顿迭代算法来解决曲面检测问题中的采样测量点与设计模型的匹配问题。该方法在计算时间和对初值的敏感性方面,都要优于变分法。同时,以微分几何为基础,根据曲面主曲率与法曲率的关系,采用基于曲面上任一点处主曲率的合成曲率作为曲率测度,来构造反映曲面曲率分布状况的采样形状函数,以它作为采样点选取的评价指标之一。

Abstract:Two important problems in checking surface profile error,the coordinates transformation matrix and the choice of the sample points are discussed. The method of Newton iteration extended on kristjan to solve the match between the sample points and design model in checking surface is present. It is superior to the variation method in the time and the sensitivity to the initial values. At the same time,on the basis of the differential geometry,according to the relations between the major and normal curvatures of surface, the combined curvature based on the major curvatures of any point on surface is adopted to be the measurement of curvatures to construct the shape function,as one of the evaluating index of choosing the sample points.
