龙滩水电站20 t/25 t缆索起重机结构及特点

龙滩水电站20t／25t缆索起重机（以下简称缆机）跨距950m、起升高度260m、满载起升速度125m／min（空载200m／min）、小车牵引速度450m／min，采用了固定张开式承马、双列小车、双绳槽牵引机构、链条式排绳装置、数字式直流调速及交流变频调速装置等先进技术。通过使用改性尼龙材料的滑轮及钢丝绳缠绕形式，起升及牵引钢丝绳寿命比以前国产缆机的提高了一倍多；在额定起升及牵引速度下长期工作，设备完好率达98％以上，是目前在用国产缆机中跨距最大、塔架高度最高、无备用遥控通讯系统的缆机。文章主要介绍了该机的结构、主要技术特点及技术参数等，通过在工地运行使用，检验了该机的整体性能，实践证明该机的设计是成功的。

Structure and Characteristics of 20 t/25 t Cable Crane at Longtan Hydropower Station

The 20t/25t cable crane at Longtan Hydropower Station has a span of 950m,a hoisting height of 260m,a hoisting speed at full load of 125m/min(a hoisting speed without any load of 200m/min),and a crab pulling speed of 450m/min.The crane is composed of fixed open race,double-lane crab,double rope-groove traction mechanism,chain rope-aligning device,digital DC speed regulator,as well as AC frequency conversion and speed control device.Thanks to the application of modified nylon pulley and winded steel rope,the life span of hoisting and traction steel ropes is prolonged to be more than two times of that of domestic cable crane manufactured in the past.The intact rate of the crane may exceed 98% after it works for a long time at the rated hoisting and traction speed.The crane boasts the largest span and the highest tower without spare remote-control communication system in China.This paper presents the structure,major technological characteristics and technical parameters of the 20t/25t cable crane.The overall performance of the crane has been inspected after it was put into use at the construction site,and it has proved that the design of the crane is successful.
