摘    要:本文用色质联用仪(GC/MS)的方法分离了黄鱼中多种脂肪酸。通过标样对照,计算机检索与逆检索等方法,确定了各组分的结构,其中饱和的脂肪酸十三种,单不饱和脂肪酸十三种,多不饱和脂肪酸六种。

Abstract:The most of the fatty acids in the yellow croaker were separated by GC/MS. method.The structures of the various fatty acids were determined by compa-rsion of the standard samples and computer library search techniques.It was found that 13 kinds of the saturated fatty acids, 13 kinds of the monounsaturated,and 6 kinds of the polyunsaturated fatty acids in the yellow croaker were identified respectively.
