| 摘 要： | 本文用棉籽油和蔗糖两步法成功地合成了蔗糖脂肪酸多酯，并对实验条件进行了讨论。对所得到的产品进行了红外光谱、酯化度、碘值、酸值、皂化值等一系列测试。
