高纯石墨制备的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了高纯石墨的制备原理及方法——浮选法,酸碱法,氢氟酸法,氯化焙烧法和高温法,比较了它们各自的优缺点,并综述了近年来高纯石墨制备的研究进展。指出高纯石墨的生产要兼顾原料性质、工艺特点、设备投资、生产能耗以及环境治理等因素,以生产出综合性能优良、性价比高的高纯石墨产品。

Abstract:This paper introduces the principles and methods of preparing of high purity graphite, which contains the flotation process, the acid-base method, the hydrofluoric acid method, the chlorination roasting method, and the high - temperature method; Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared and the research developments on preparation of high purity graphite were summarized in the recent years. In order to produce a comprehensive performance excellent, costeffective high- purity graphite products, much more attention should be focused on raw material nature, process characteristic, equipment investment, production energy consumption as well as environmental governance.
