| 摘 要： | 通过对加油口冲压成形特点进行分析，并采用基于动力显示算法的有限元分析软件Dynaform．对加油口成形工序进行了数值模拟，确定了合理的成形工艺方案。针对主要成形缺陷．通过对比FLD图．对成形各工艺参数进行优化，生产出合格产品。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the automobile filler box forming process feature,using the finite element software Dynaform based on explicit algorithm,the forming process has been analyzed,the rational forming process determined.In order to avoid the forming defect,compared with the FLD diagrams,the forming technologic parameters have been optimized hence good quality of product obtained. |
