负载敏感系统中反馈管路的动态特性

摘    要:为了获得快速而稳定的压力传递特性,负载敏感系统的反馈油路需要进行优化设计。本文对负载敏感系统中反馈油路进行分析和建模,在此基础上通过理论分析得到反馈油路的优化设计公式。仿真与试验结果均验证了优化设计公式的正确性。

Abstract:The parameters of feedback pipe in load-sensing system must be optimized in order to achieve a rapidly and steady characteristics of pressure transmission. The structure of feedback oil circuit in load-sensing system was analyzed, and then its mathematic model was established. Based on the mathematic model, two optimum design formulae for feedback pipe were reached by theoretical analysis. Both simulation and experiment verified these formulae.
