摘    要:大麦苗粉富含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、叶绿素、黄酮类、γ-氨基丁酸等营养性成分,对大麦苗粉的营养性成分及其制品的研究现状进行了综述,为开发含大麦苗粉相关产品提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Barleyleaf powder is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals,chlorophyll, flavonoids and γ-aminobutyric acid. In this paper, the nutritional components and the products of barley leaf powder were reviewed, which provided some reference for the development of related products containing barley leaf powder.
