| 摘 要： | 白酒灌装生产线与立体库整合应用具有生产效率高、自动化程度高等优点,为包装技术提供了新的发展方向。介绍了灌装生产线设备的应用现状,重点分析了现有灌装生产线面临的灯检、装盒、装车等环节自动化程度低的问题,阐述了灌装生产线同立体库整合应用新模式的特点、需要解决的问题及发展方向,并对灌装生产线同立体库整合应用新模式进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The integrated application of liquor filling production line equipment and the stereoscopic warehouse has the advantages of high production efficiency and high degree of automation,which provides a new direction for development of the packaging technology. The present situation for application of the filling production line equipment was introduced with focus on the analysis of the problems of low degree of automation such as light inspection,boxing,loading,etc. of existing filling production line;the characteristics of the new mode of integrated application of the filling production line and the stereoscopic warehouse,problems that need to be solved and its development direction were described,and the future for the application of it was prospected. |
