提高精梳针织用纱质量的工艺探讨

摘    要:精梳针织用纱质量以坯布质量好纱疵少为评价标准。选用原棉要控制成熟度、短绒率和有害疵点;精细清棉、完整梳理、选用有设备特性的高产梳棉机是减少纱疵的基础;精梳采用后退给棉方式及短给棉长度可提高梳理效率,使精梳落棉中含短绒率高而精梳条中含短绒率低;自调匀整并条机使熟条定量稳定、成纱号数恒定;细纱机后牵伸力的设定与成纱质量关键密切;控制好自动络筒机张力与速度、用好清纱器可有效去除10万m纱疵中的短粗节和长粗节。

Abstract:The evaluating standard to the quality of knitting yarn are fewer faults of yarn and good quality of raw fabric The maturity, percentage of short fibers and harmful faults should be controlled when raw cotton are selected Picking, carding perfectly, selecting equipment of high output are the foundations of reducing yarn faults Adopting the feed mode of back off and short length can improve the efficiency of combing, and make the noil contain higher percentage of short fibers and the combed slivers contain lower percentage of short fibers, the application of autolevel drawing frame make the quantity of draw sliver stable and the yarn count constant; the relationship between the drawing force of back zone of spinning frame and yarn quality is close,the short and long slubs of 100 kilo meter yarn faults can be reduced by controlling the tension and the speed of automatic winding machine and using the right electronic cleaner
