基于ANSYS的螺纹连接法兰结构模态分析

摘    要:运用工程分析软件ANSYS分析了螺纹连接法兰结构的模态。本文通过建立有限元模型对其进行模态分析得到固有频率、振型,对比分析不同固有频率对结构的影响,为螺纹连接法兰结构的有限元模型简化以及进一步的动力学分析、非线性接触分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The model of flange structure connected with screw bolts is analyzed by using engineering analysis software ANSYS. Firstly, the model of flange structure connected with screw bolts is made, and then the free frequency and the shape are calculated through ANSYS software, the difference of shapes is compared under difference frequencies, the impact of flange structure exact location for frequency is acquired.
