| 摘 要： | 在分析产品可制造性评价内容的基础上,结合产品并行设计过程特点及工程实际,主要针对产品可制造性的可加工性,建立了基于制造约束规则的加工可行性定性评价和基于模糊综合评判的加工可行性定量评价两种评价方法,最后以航空发动机叶片为应用实例,说明该方法的有效性和实用性,从而在产品设计过程的早期就考虑制造的因素,指导产品设计,缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of content of product manufacturability, it intendes the evaluation of product manufacturability, this is typical decision making process of multiple level. It proposes two methods: the qualitative evaluation of product machinability based on rule of manufacturing restriction, and the quantitative evaluation of product machinability based on fuzzy judge of integrative, and finally it gives the solutions. |
