| 摘 要： | 介绍了南水北调中线河北段的工程概况,分析了保护区内水质保护存在的问题,指出地下水渗透污染、大气污染物沉降和突发污染事件是可能造成总干渠水质污染的主要途径.结合总干渠工程和水源保护区划定的特点,从加强环境管理、加强应急能力建设和建立生态补偿机制等方面提出了科学合理的建议.
