大体积混凝土配合比试验与施工控制分析

摘    要:针对吉化污水厂水解酸化池混凝土施工中存在的大体积、早强、缓凝、泵送等技术问题,通过大量试验研究水泥,粉煤灰和各种外加剂的性能,并应用"双掺"技术,采用正交设计方法,确定混凝土的最佳配合比。最后从控制混凝土原材料的品质入手,配合施工中各环节混凝土质量控制,以及加强混凝土"外保内散"的保养措施,确保施工质量,获得成功。

Abstract:During the concrete construction in the hydrolyzation-acidification pool of Wastewater Treatment Factory of Jilin Chemical Industrial Group,there exist some technical problems such as great volume,early strong,slow mixture concretion,and sending by pump,etc.A lot of experiments have been carded out to study the performance of concrete,powdery coal ash and various additives.So the optimal mixture ratio of concrete was determined by applying"double mixture"technique and orthogonal design method.The quality of raw ma- terials of concrete should be controlled well in order to get and ensure the good quality of concrete under con- struction.And by strengthening the concrete maintenance with"protect outside,spread inside",the construc- tion quality was ensured.
