铵盐法钢液脱铜技术基础研究

摘    要:以简便、易行为原则,研究开发了一种钢液脱铜新方法-铵盐法,氘用脱铜剂为氯化铵、草酸铵和尿素,加入方式为仿喂丝法和喂丝法。结果表明,铵盐法具有较好的脱铜效果,其中氯化铵脱铜效果最好,脱铜率达到了36.36%,单位质量(克)脱铜剂可脱除0.69g以上的铜。将钢中w(Cu)=0.60%降至w(Cu)=0.3%只需加入4.5kg/t左右的脱铜剂,尖工业上有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:A new technique of removing copper is investigated and studied in molten steel by ammonium salt.Experiments are carried out with agents of NH 4Cl,(NH 4) 2C 2O 4 and CO(NH 2) 2 by feeding wires and simulating feeding wires.Results indicate that NH 4Cl has the best result, i.e,efficiency of removing copper is 36 36%,the amount of decopperization with per gram of copper removing agents is 0.69g by simulating feeding wires in induction furnace,and the content of copper in molten steel can be reduced from 0.60% to 0.30% with 4.5 kg/t agents.This technique has a much better prospect in the industry.
