| 摘 要： | 采用Pro/E软件建立了单斗反铲液压挖掘机工作装置的三维实体模型。将此模型导入ADAMS软件中,建立了挖掘机工作装置的虚拟样机。运用step函数模拟了挖掘机工作装置的一个工作循环,及它在该循环中受到的切向挖掘力、法向挖掘力和物料重力。通过仿真,得到了受力较复杂的3个铰接点所受载荷随时间变化的曲线,为挖掘机机构的设计提供了依据。
