摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油二厂三催化装置的余热锅炉通过的再生烟气量较大,必须应用瓦斯补燃系统对烟气进行升温.补燃后烟气温度仅升高10℃左右,瓦斯补燃每年要增加能耗。通过余热锅炉改造,增加了一组高温过热器、一组高温省煤器和汽包给水预热器,使三催化装置余热锅炉停用了瓦斯补燃系统,保证了余热锅炉出口过热蒸汽温度达到420℃,余热锅炉排烟温度由改造前的230℃降低至165℃,中压蒸汽产量增加了5,8 t/h,还降低了装置能耗。

Abstract:Because a large amount of the regeneration flue gas passed by heat recover steam generator in fluid catalytic cracking unit(FCCU) of the authors, the regeneration one must be heated up by a gas inflamer, but temperature of the regeneration one only increased about 10℃, and the inflamer added energy consumption per year. In order to ensure temperature in outlet of the generator to 420℃, the heating system was improved with following methods, the inflamer disused, a group of high-temperature superheater, a group of high-temperature economizer and a preheater for watering to drum installed. Temperature of the flue gas was decreased from 230℃ to 165℃, the medium pressure steam volume increased by 5.8 t/h, the energy consumption of the unit lowered by the technical improvement.
