摘    要:针对建筑工程中经常出现的非荷载作用裂缝的形成原因、特点规律,危害程度及治理经验,结合现行标准规范的有关要求,确保工程质量和建筑结构正常使用及耐久性。由于裂缝产生的原因较多,应该采取“抗和放”的原则,首先预防有害裂缝,设计采取预留变形缝并与施工紧密配合,采取控制措施,一般都能取得良好的效果。

Abstract:To the causes , regularity, detrimental degree and treatment experience of cracks that constantly emerge due to the unload action , in combination with the relative need of the current standard ,the quality of construction and the normal use and durability of the architecture are ensured ,As there are a lot of reasons that may cause cracks ,the principle of "prevention and setting" should be adopted .At first ,in order to prevent detrimental cracks ,the design of performing deformation crack , together with the construction and control measures can achieve good results .
