复合材料对30CrMnSiA接触腐蚀的研究

摘    要:通过电化学测量、盐雾试验、周浸试验、机械和疲劳性能测试及应力腐蚀试验,研究了碳纤维环氧复合材料与30CrMnSiA钢的接触腐蚀特性。其结果表明:30CrMnSiA钢与碳纤维环氧复合材料之间存在严重的接触腐蚀,但不影响30CrMnSiA的应力腐蚀性能。文中还给出了防止碳纤维环氧复合材料与30CrMnSiA接触腐蚀的防护措施。

Abstract:Galvanic corrosion characteristics of graphite epoxy composite materials (GECM) coupled with 30CrMnSiA steel have been studied by electrochemical measurement, salt spray test, alternate-immesion test, performance test and stress corrosion test. Test results show that there is a serious galvanic corrosion between GECM and 30CrMnSiA steel, GECM does not affect the stress corrosion behavior of 30CrMnSiA. The article also gives some galvanic corrosion control methods for couple of GECM and 30CrMnSiA steel.
