基于关联规则的教学能力因素的探讨分析

摘    要:随着信息化在学校教学管理中的普及,越来越多的学校施行在网上对教师的教学进行评价。学生对教师的评价得分在很大程度上体现了学生对任课教师的认可与否,也在一定程度上体现了教师的教学能力水平。为了进一步探究教学能力与教师个体属性之间某种内在的关联规则,本文利用数据挖掘技术的关联规则对评价信息、教师个人信息进行挖掘,找出教师个体属性与教学评价得分之间的内在关系,可为学校领导在制定人才引进策略方面提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:the popularity of information technology in the school teaching management,an increasing number of school teachers implementer on-line teaching evaluation.The evaluation of students to teachers to a large extent reflects the scores of students to teacher's preferences,but also reflects the teacher's teaching ability.In order to further explore the teaching ability of teachers between the individual attributes of a certain intrinsic association rules,the article uses the data mining association rules on the evaluation of information,personal information of teachers to identify the individual attributes of teachers and teaching evaluation of the intrinsic relationship between the scores for school leadership in the development of strategies for the introduction of qualified personnel to provide a frame of reference.
