| 摘 要： | 以混合聚醚多元醇、液化MDI、1.4-丁二醇等为原料,制备了钢复合结构材料芯材用聚氨酯弹性体,讨论了不同制备方法对聚氨酯芯材的力学性能和工艺性能的影响.结果表明,采用一步法制备芯材聚氨酯弹性体工艺性能好,比较适合工业化生产,性能也能满足要求.

| Abstract: | According to the properties requirement of core material for polyurethane/steel composite plate,the polyurethane core material was prepared by polyether,liquefied MDI and BDO.The influence of different preparation methods in the mechanical and technological properties were discussed.The result showed one step method was suitable for industrialization with suitable mechanical and technological properties. |
