摘 要: | 陇南祁连山水泥有限公司2 500 t/d熟料生产线存在煤电消耗偏高,预热器系统阻力高、出口废气温度高等问题。对此公司采取了一系列节能改造措施:优化高温风机,优化一级筒,预热器扩容,优化篦冷机篦床等,效果较显著,水泥窑运行热工得到稳定,熟料质量创公司历史最好水平,实现了节能降耗的预期目标。

Abstract: | The 2500 t/d clinker production line of Longnan Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. has problems with high coal electricity consumption, high resistance of the preheater system, and high outlet exhaust gas temperature. The company has taken a series of energy-saving transformation measures, including optimizing high-temperature fans, optimizing primary cylinders, expanding preheaters, and optimizing the grate bed of the grate cooler. The results have been significant, and the thermal stability of cement kiln operation has been achieved. The quality of clinker has reached the best level in the company''s history, achieving the expected goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction. |
