摘    要:为进一步提升高压直流断路器在柔性直流输电中应用的可行性,结合对现有直流断路器方案,提出一种基于混合开关器件的新型高压直流断路器拓扑,全控型开关器件实现开断电流的快速性,半控型开关器件串联承受直流电压,降低工程成本和技术难度。针对文中提出的拓扑机构,分析其工作原理和故障电流转移过程,通过对拓扑进行改进,实现晶闸管转移支路的快速开通和关断,同时给出了主回路参数设计。并通过搭建实验平台,验证了所提拓扑电流转移过程的可靠性和快速性。

Abstract:In order to further improve the feasibility of high-voltage DC circuit breaker in flexible HVDC transmission, a new type of high-voltage DC circuit breaker topology based on hybrid switching devices is proposed. The full-control switching device is used to realize the breaking current quickly. The half-controlled switching devices are connected in series to withstand the DC voltage and reduce the engineering cost and technical difficulty. According to the topology mechanism proposed in this paper, the working principle and fault current transfer process are analyzed. Through the improvement of the topology, the rapid opening and closing of the thyristor branch is realized, and the main circuit parameter design is given. The reliability and fastness of the proposed topology transfer process are verified by constructing the experimental platform.
