摘    要:支柱绝缘子在电力系统中被广泛应用,研究支柱绝缘子积污规律对预防污闪事故的发生、保证电力系统的稳定运行有着重要意义。为此选取了3种不同型式的110 kV支柱绝缘子在冀北秦皇岛、湖南株洲以及宁夏石嘴山进行了为期1a的自然积污试验,分析了支柱绝缘子结构型式以及积污地点地理气象差异对支柱绝缘子表面自然积污的影响,并建立了支柱绝缘子流体力学仿真模型,进一步对支柱绝缘子型式和积污地点地理气象差异对表面积污的影响进行了研究。研究表明,支柱绝缘子伞径的增大会使得表面积污严重且上、下表面积污比偏大;支柱绝缘子上、下表面积污不均匀程度与积污地点风速、气流倾角有关,而表面积污程度随入口污秽体积分数增大而增长;自然积污试验结果与仿真计算结果基本一致。

Abstract:Post insulator is widely used in the power system, it is of great significance to study the accumulated contamination regularity of post insulator to ensure the stable operation of power system. In this paper, the 110 kV post insulators with three different types were applied in natural contamination tests for 1 year at Qinhuangdao, Zhuzhou and Shizuishan.The influences of different types of post insulators, meteorological data and geographic information on nature contamination accumulation over the post insulator surface were analyzed, then a CFD simulation model of post insulator was founded to further analyze the influences of different types, meteorological data and geographic information. Research results reveal that increase in shed diameter larger will lead to more serious post insulator surface pollution and the more non-uniform pollution distribution on the top and bottom shed surface;the degree of nonuniformity of pollution distribution on the top and bottom shed surface is related to wind speed and angle of air flow, while the surface pollution increases with the increase of entrance pollution volume fractions;simulation results are basically consistent with the results of natural contamination tests.
