摘    要:马钢95 t转炉负能炼钢攻关采取的对策有:杜绝氧超标事件,实现生产炉数全回收;改进回收方式与操作,延长煤气回收时间;降罩到位与差压调控并行,提高煤气回收热值;依靠科学管理,降低一次风机电耗;优化系统参数,有效回收蒸汽等.

Abstract:For steelmaking with minus energy consumption on 95 t converter practice, Maanshan Steel adopted some measures, such as control of oxygen content in off gas to reach 100 percent of gas recovery, improvement of gas recovery with extend recovery time, control of converter hood position with pressure difference control to increase the caloric value of gas, scientific management to lower the primary air fan power consumption, optimization of parameters to recover steam efficiently, etc.
