| Abstract: | This review introduces the technical development trends of thecrystal silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment and the photovoltaic batteryworkshop intelligent manufacturing system containing the manufacturing execution system,communication control system,equipment automation systems,which effectively enhances the entire line equipment automation,intelligentlevel,the formation of intelligent photovoltaic cell line equipment integratedturnkey projects,and contributes to increase independent innovation ability. |
