摘    要:介绍了晶体硅太阳能电池制造装备的技术发展趋势和包含制造执行系统、通讯控制系统、设备自动化系统等部分的光伏电池数字化车间智能制造系统,有效提升整线装备自动化、智能化水平,形成智能化光伏电池整线装备集成交钥匙工程的能力,有助于提升行业自主创新能力。

Abstract:This review introduces the technical development trends of thecrystal silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment and the photovoltaic batteryworkshop intelligent manufacturing system containing the manufacturing execution system,communication control system,equipment automation systems,which effectively enhances the entire line equipment automation,intelligentlevel,the formation of intelligent photovoltaic cell line equipment integratedturnkey projects,and contributes to increase independent innovation ability.
