单相交流调压电路触发角与负载的关系

摘    要:结合氧化物单晶炉温度控制部分,单相交流调压控制电路,要求加热功率稳定,简要分析主加热电路的触发角与负载的关系,实现了电阻丝加热器是非纯电阻的情况下,每个周期触发稳定可靠,且触发脉冲的持续时间和间歇时间保持不变,保证了晶体正常生长。

Abstract:This paper analyses the relations between trigger circuit and load briefly on the basis of one-phase alternating adjustment circuit used by the temperature control part of Oxide Crystal Furnace which requests heating power is stable. It realizes the trigger function for the SCR reliable and the pulse width and interval unit in each cycle under the situation that the heater is not pure resistance. And it also ensures the oxide crystal growth successfully.
